Total Makeovers is the data controller for personal information collected through this website. You can reach us at enquiries@totalmakeovers.co.uk or on 0800 123 4567.
When you complete a form we collect the details you give us: your name, contact details, postcode, and anything you tell us about your project. When you browse the site we collect standard technical data (pages visited, approximate location from your IP address, device type) through analytics cookies if you accept them.
To reply to your enquiry, arrange your free home visit, quote your project and (if you become a customer) deliver the work. We do not sell your data. Ever. We do not pass it to third parties for their own marketing. Ever.
Enquiries are routed to the local owner for your area (that's how the franchise works) and stored in our CRM. Fitters working your job receive the details they need to do the job and nothing more. Our systems are UK/EEA hosted wherever practicable.
Enquiry data is kept for up to 12 months if you don't become a customer, then deleted. Customer records are kept for the duration of the guarantee plus six years, in line with our legal obligations for contracts and warranties.
You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to us processing it. Write to enquiries@totalmakeovers.co.uk and we will act within 30 days. You can also complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk), though we'd rather you came to us first.
