Why ceramic
A fired glaze gives a hard, glossy surface that resists scratches, stains and heat, and every ceramic sink we fit comes with a manufacturer's warranty, up to 10 years depending on the brand.
The smooth, non-porous glaze wipes clean and stays bright white with simple, regular care.
Perfect with shaker doors, cup handles and wood worktops for a country or classic look.

Choosing your sink
Inset ceramic sinks sit on top of the worktop and suit every worktop, including laminate. Undermount sinks, such as Sandon, fit beneath a solid worktop for a seamless edge. A Belfast sink sits in a cut-out with its front on show, and works best with solid wood or quartz.
A single bowl gives you the most space for big pans, and a 1.5 bowl adds a half bowl for rinsing and prep. A Belfast sink offers one deep, generous bowl.

Is it right for me?
Ceramic is very hard-wearing, but like any glazed surface it can chip if something heavy is dropped on it. Prefer a sink that shrugs off knocks? See our stainless steel sinks or composite and granite sinks.
